Step 2: Create an Integration User for Boomerang
For Boomerang, we recommend you set up a new Salesforce Integration User specifically for Boomerang.

Important to Note: If you're using the "Salesforce Integration" User License type, here’s what you need to do:
- Start by heading over to the Integration User record. Once there, edit the "Permission Set License Assignments" and make sure to include the default permission for "Salesforce API Integration."
- Next up, you'll want to create a permission set. This set should have Read/Write/Modify All/Delete permissions for the Boomerang Object. Also, include any additional permissions needed for standard objects as detailed in the related article above. Once created, assign this permission set to your integration user.
