Step 1: Accessing Your Account
- Begin on the Salesforce Lightning Home page. Navigate to and click on the "Accounts" tab.
Step 2: Selecting an Account
- In the "Accounts" section, choose any account name. This action will lead you to the specific account details.
Step 3: Entering Edit Mode
- Look for the "Setup" button located at the top right corner of your page. Click on "Edit Page" to start personalising your account view.
Step 4: Finding the Right Component
- On the left-hand side of the page, you'll find a section titled "Components." Here, search for "Boomerang - Active Contacts in Account".
Step 5: Saving Your Work
- Once you've customised these settings, hit "Save" located at the top right of the page.
- A section with name “Active Boomerangs” will appear in Account view as below,
