Setting up "Boomerangs per Opportunity" View in Opportunities view: A Step-by-Step Guide
We're excited to help you set up a "Boomerangs per Opportunity" view on your Salesforce platform. This guide is designed to make your experience seamless and enjoyable.
Step 1: Accessing Your Opportunities
- Begin on the Salesforce Lightning Home page. Navigate to and click on the "Opportunities" tab.
Step 2: Selecting an Opportunity
- In the "Opportunity" section, choose any Opportunity name. This action will lead you to the specific Opportunity details.
Step 3: Entering Edit Mode
- Look for the "Setup" button located at the top right corner of your page. Click on "Edit Page" to start personalising your account view.
Step 4: Finding the Right Component
- On the left-hand side of the page, you'll find a section titled "Components." Here, search for "Boomerang - Active Contacts in Opportunity".
Step 5: Saving Your Work
Once you've customised these settings, hit "Save" located at the top right of the page.
A section with name “Active Boomerangs” will appear in Opportunity view as below,
