Super Connector Activation
Super Connector Setup Steps
Follow the steps below to complete your Super Connector setup. This is a one time process.
Step 0: Export Your LinkedIn Connections
Click Export your data on LinkedIn to request your connections file.
LinkedIn will email you a ZIP file (this may take a few hours). Once received, extract the file and locate connections.csv.
Step 1: Log In to Rudy
Go to app.getboomerang.ai/super-connector and log in using:
- Your work email
- The Boomerang-provided password/SSO
Step 2: Consent & Start Setup
You’ll see a welcome screen explaining what the Super Connector program enables. Here:
- Review what participation means
- Confirm consent to participate in the Super Connector program
- Add personal email or phone number for notifications Click Continue to proceed (Optional).
Step 3: Map Your Connections
This step helps Rudy quickly understand where you have strong relationships.
- You can search for connections you know within specific Accounts.
- For Example: Finding John Dougan at Workday
- For each connection selected, you can add short notes on how you know someone. This helps facilitate better introductions.
Step 4: Upload Connections File
Upload the extracted connections.csv file from LinkedIn.
This allows Rudy to map your network and identify warm introduction paths.
Step 5: Set Your Preferences
Choose how you’d like to engage on introduction requests. These settings help Rudy surface only the opportunities you’re comfortable supporting. You can change them anytime.
- Opportunity Stage- Select when you want to get involved:
- No preference: Any stage
- Mid-stage or later (Discovery+): After early conversations
- Late stage only (Proposal+): Near decision stage
- Contact Seniority- Choose who you’re comfortable being introduced to:
- Any level
- Director and above
- VP and above
- C-level executives only
- Deal Size- Set a minimum deal size:
- Any size
- $50,000+
- $100,000+
- $250,000+
Step 6: Finish & Complete Setup
Click on Finish to finalize your setup.
That’s it - your Super Connector onboarding is complete, and you’re all set to start enabling warm introductions.
